Holy mother of God. <iframe width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/NDDfPxF3EFE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> It was nice knowing you, COD. Au revoir.
Actually, sorry guys, this has nothing to do with COD. They are really not even in the same genre. They are only compared by the media and fanboys like myself, but in reality they are nothing alike. I mean, look at the beautiful **** jets!!
Because in real life your soldier is not that slow. I crank up COD to the MAX sensitivity and when I do the same for BF it doesn't turn as fast. If BF upped their sensitivity then I'd be fine with them.
And your soldier isn't supposed to do 360 turns holding a weapon with gear at the slight flick of your mouse or have no recoil. I have no problem with mouse sensitivity playing BFBC2. I mastered CQC and headshotting enemies behind me using bolt-action sniper rifles. If anything, COD is too simple.
didn't know you were in the military bro... I dunno about you man or were you served but when I was in Marjah, Afghanistan and it was 120 degrees and we were carrying around 80 pounds of gear and I personally had to carry a 240b(in cod it seems like it is as heavy as a plastic airsoft rifle) I WAS SLOW! Have you ever held a 240B? I bet you couldn't hold it at the ready for more than 15 seconds let alone an entire match.
I'm talking about 180 turns. If BF is appealing to realism turning around really slow like someone from a horror movie isn't going to get things done.
Simulations are based on aspects of real life, no? Mr. BF fan boy, that should be your strongest argument. Certain games strive to achieve that sense of realism and immersion; they are in the end games but the more realistic they get the better.
