The best centers in the Euroleague would dominate Dwight Howard on a daily basis . I follow the NBA very closely. And I am familiar with pretty much every rotational player in the league. With that being said, I would never act as if I could knowledgeably give a breakdown of each one of those players skill-set. It is great that you feel that you are the leading scholar of all-things-Euro; but I hardly take your opinions for more than regurgitated garbage that the majority of fans spew out. So either you have absolutely no life and watch nothing but basketball, or you truly do roam these parts as the Eurotroll. You lose either way.

Pau played center in that game, in case you didn’t see Jonas matched up with him. And you think that’s a weak matchup compared to Jonas’ usual Euroleague matchups LOL. My point that all you do is troll so no one takes you seriously stands.

    - Kemzura could call back Motiejunas if Javtokas and Songaila can't recover from their respective injuries.

    - Goran Dragic is so good. It's time to declare myself absolute fan.

    On a slighty different topic.

Does anyone think Mirotic or Vuvevic will pan out better than Donatas? I am especially keen on Mirotic since we swapped him with Minny for Donatas. But I just cant believe Kahn can ever outdo Morey, so for now I am going to believe Donatas is better.

But I will be heartbroken, crushed and furious if Mirotic panned out better Doantas. Even Vuvevic for that matter. Donatas better be worth the hard on Morey and co has for him.

Mitoric will become a european star in all likelihood. I don't know which one of them will be a better NBA player. Very different things.

Still, Mirotic would have been a lottery pick, probably top-10 ultimately, if not for the fact that he will stay at least 3 more years in Europe. And remember that he belongs to the Bulls. Mirotic was in essence traded for Norris Cole (28) and Malcom Lee (43). Kahn was spectacular that night.

The NBA has the best players in the world at every position in basketball. The NBA is a premier league to the Euroleague which is nothing better than an a glorified NCAA.

Mirotic is too soft for me. He's softer than Motiejunas is.

    Vucevic doesn't have much upside.

I haven't watched Mirotic play, but I'm hearing he might end up being a huge steal at #23. He was really impressive at the U-20 championship and Givony at DX has really been drooling over him.

A three year wait is a very long time, though. I'm excited about D-Mo getting started with learning from Kevin McHale much sooner than that.

It won't seem as long with the lockout. I so wanted the Rockets to draft Mirotic with that pick...and keep him. He could be a star.

Funny thing is that if DMo came out last year, he was projected at least lottery.

I remember that. It's weird because last years draft was seen as a good one.

Rockets fans did not like David Andersen. Which means they would absolutely hate Mirotic.

Oh yeah, David Andersen. I almost forgot entirely about that fine European player who couldn't make it in the inferior NBA.

    False..

The best basketball players in the world play in the NBA... further, the NBA has the best depth in the world.

The best European teams are certainly better than the NCAA, but not on the level of the NBA. It is like comparing the MLS and EPL.

Donatas has a higher ceiling than Mirotic, so it is not likely Mirotic will ever be a star in the NBA (in Europe? Yes). Mirotic is just more of a sure thing.

iirc questions came up about his commitment to the game and work ethic and that drove his stock down
