    I completely agree with you about Charlie's show. I have a lot of respect for Charlie and he's quite knowledgeable, but his show is 95% caller-driven. It ends up being the same three of four calls rehashed over his entire show.

    Charlie would benefit greatly. I'm always proud he's a longtime Houstonian when he interviews national guests. Dude is so well prepared, his informed question surprise the subjects & it's often obvious they're flattered.

    Because Houstonians spend half their lives trapped in traffic or in their offices, and we have more than our fair share of sports venting to do. I grew up on talk radio. It's in my sports DNA.

    I know these guys worked together as recently as 4 years ago but still has an odd surreal feel to it.
