Hey pippendagimp, I would gladly give up 10% of my wages to have the type of programming the BBC provides. I hardly watch American TV anymore (except sports). The corporate influence on this countries media is about as destructive as that of a foreign invasion. Your take on the riots is about as good as those asses on facebook saying the tsunami was some sort of payback for Pearl harbor.

Maybe that's because there's video of rioters being greedy, destructive youth. Or the fact that anyone who loots is by definition being greedy and destructive and probably deserves to be beaten.

actually it's very interesting to me that you bring up the tsunami and BBC in the same post, b/c BBC was THE biggest pimping mouthpiece for the nuke lobby during it's fukushima coverage, spinning everything about radiation dangers and actual coverage of the multiple meltdowns in as a positive a light as journalistically possible. it's also quite interesting to me that i haven't even seen the word fukushima on this bbs in months despite the fact that the highest radiation readings recorded (or reported) there to date just happened a couple weeks ago. maybe i should spin your post and say that it would only be talked about here if dark people had caused the radiation! But the UK police are too kind, they need to be cracking some heads, using rubber bullets and batons, and water cannons. Except they are not out there rioting, business is cut throat that is the way it works, if they want to change things, go into business, stop living off the freebies that the government gives them. Being jealous of others and their hard work won't change their station in life or yours.... Maybe this world needs a big war to get those youth back to work, and realize how good they actually have it... DD
