You kidding me. 2 1/2 hours of highlights. wow.

That sounds like Harlan calling T-Macs dunk over Shawn Bradley at the beginning. But I suppose that's not the only time he said "He just sucked the gravity right out of the building"

I kid you not. It's a great way to not get things done.

The guy was incredible...yeah he was overhyped, but anyone who thinks a shooting guard that had a game like(will, desire, constantly refining his game) that and shot at such a high percentage as he did, isn't great, has their head up their ass.

How can the GOAT be overhyped? He should have been even more hyped, b/c some people actually think Kobe is just as good or better.

Kobe is second to Michael. And he's somewhat close.
    Michael is still GOAT.

Only stats that really matter besides rings. These are career stats people.

    MJ: 30.1 PPG and .491FG%
    Kobe: 25.3PPG and .453FG%

Mind you, Jordan's stats go up if you take out his washed up years in Washington when he was around forty. Kobe has started to decline, prime years are gone. From here on out it ain't gonna get better.

If Kobe plays that long expect his PPG and FG% to both drop even more.

How can Jordan be "overhyped?" He the sets the bar at what level of hype is allowed. btw: no one says he was a nice guy, a perfect role model, or a savior for the planet or anything like that.

I'm in 25 mins in and.. wow that 1987 year. Freakish and relentless. Explosive beyond belief. Will exploit the smallest of gaps and mistakes.

    Not sure If serious...

Kobe might not even be the best player in Laker history.

It startles me to think that folks actually put Kobe over Magic or Kareem.

Reminds me of a certain big guy...about 6'10, softly spoken, a supreme assassin on the hardwood, who dismantled the league MVP in one year, carried an entire city to the promise land twice in a row, help create the legend that is Clutch City, inventor of the Dream Shake...

In terms of the SG position, most definitely Kobe should be up right behind Jordan. Presently Kobe is arguably equal with Magic. If Kobe can stay healthy and put up decent numbers with a few more rings/ legacy defining games or string of games, then yes, Kobe will surpass Magic.

Lol at .40 minutes into it they have a voice over saying, "LeBron James with no regard for human life"... as Jordan dunks from the free throw line.

    Just saying.
