Wasn't Charles Barkley once the last guy cut on the US Olympic team? There have been many greats who didn't make that kind of squad and many many solid contributors who weren't even invited to try out.

Wasn't Michael Jordan once cut from his high school team? I see DMo is well on his way to greatness.

    Your name is Remeber T-Mac

Your sig is about starting T-Will

Therefore I refuse to take your opinions seriously.

BTW thanks for the information though in the first page from the Lithuanian poster, repped

    That's one desperate comparison...

I'm making no effort to predict greatness for Donatas. That is a powerful Lithuanian team and he, as a young kid, came up short.

CB had recently been or was soon to be the 5-6 pick in the NBA draft and one his way to becoming a HOFer.

It's too early to tell. Yes, it fits our fantasies better if he makes the squad.

Anyone that thought he would make Lithuania's roster, barring several injuries was totally delusional.

He was nothing but an average player in the second tier leagues in Europe. Lithuania has much better power forwards than him.

Like I have said over and over, he is very talented, but he is probably the softest player in Europe. He is super soft. Far, far, far softer than David Andersen is.

Until he stops being Charmin tissue soft he will not make the roster of a top European national team like Lithuania.

This is not true. In the Euroleague, the best players play. You actually have the Euroleague confused with the NBA.

thats right, keep pretending like you actually know anything about anything.

You are a long time troll and should be treated as so.

Why dont you share with the board what you say about us over on Spurstalk and the other sports boards you troll.

Go ahead Billyboy, or are you afraid of big bad Sammy?

We didn't pick Donuts for now...

He is young, and a still developing big man, and Lithuania has some solid Vets that he needed to SIGNIFICANTLY beat out to make the cut.

Thanks for the update from Lithuania :) We're starving for any basketball news

Bottom line is Lithuania is filled with bigger guys. Donuts is one of the youngest and less bulky. How many bigs does HOU have? Don't worry, he'll stick with us.

I guess he goes back to his Italian league then.

Valanciunas playing very well, it's gonna very difficult for Kemzura to cut him. Could be Petravicius.
