Honestly. . I have little tolerance for losing to the Titans or Jags this year
4-2 is a minimum for this team in this division

Especially with the entire division facing the AFC North (Baltimore & Pittsburgh) and NFC South (Atlanta, New Orleans, & Tampa Bay), don't think any team from this division will get a wild-card. Need to win the division.

So much wrong with this post...

Trading first overall picks in the old CBA...Lol no team ever wanted those things. Here, take a player who may or may not be any good and make him one of your highest paid players.

Also no one ever looks at a DE and say "Wow 1 tackle, he sucks." who judges Dline players on how many tackles they get?

Are you even SUGGESTING that we should have taken Young or Bush over Mario? You'd be the only one left saying that, oh cool VY ran one in to win a game years ago...and now is sitting on the bench while Mario goes to Pro-bowls and elected to all-pro teams.

McNair sure is cheap though, I mean J.Joseph got like the 4th highest contract this offseason. What a cheapo McNair is.

geez, and I thought I was rough on the Texans :)

my favorite part of that post was the "i'm sure hitler's mom was excited too when little adolf was born."

I didn't read it, but MAN....

Somebody needs to look into switching to decaf. Makes Hillboy's posts look like sunshine and flowers.

Fans are allowed to be optimistic during training camp. In fact, that's pretty much the case for almost every team, every year. Part of the fun of being a fan.

i don't mind the criticism...i've plunked down way too much money for this group and been disappointed not to be a little jaded by the groundhog day 5-7 routine.

but his criticism is criticism for the sake of criticism.

besides, the texans are going to win the super bowl this season.

IBTL has a long history of superfluous posts leading to somnolence. He's the human equivalent of a nyquil. Last I asked him he blamed it on his impotence and being a muslim looking for a nut in a "white man's world"; but as a professional I know his problems lie much deeper than that. It's best to just nod and ignore him or he'll make a scene.

As for the Texans, I'm a fan of cornerbacks and wide receivers. Rest of the game doesn't really appeal to me. Although he's no Asomogha, it's nice to see Houston spending the cash on a decent CB. The team has put themselves in a position that the fans can get behind.

LOL @ still b****ing about the 2006 draft.

I read that bitter diatribe all the way through. Calling the Oilers "a real team" while chiding us about ignoring history... LOLOL

That post was very entertaining in all its bitterness and stupidity.

We should be b****ing about every draft except 2006. The Texans have had some horrible, horrible drafts now that we can look back on them.

    Yuck.

Rick Smith has got to go and we need a competent GM. I'll give them a pass this season, but only because their backs were against the wall and I think it was Wade's draft this year anyway. Needs to be consistent.

Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored

It's clear this thread is just not for you. pages of 'lol' and insults with 0 to back it up is pure comedy gold. A little I has disappoint, in a battle of wits everyone here seems to have come unarmed... SHOCKER

hey guys thanks for laugh though, and don't let a 55-89 record and 0 playoffs get in the way there ! Don't let pesky things like REALITY cloud your mind !! too funny.

God forbid texans win a few games first. I mean where can I get me some mcnair tit because you guys are bogarting. Its funny/pathetic that people on here quick to jump on the mcnair bandwagon (for no understandable reason)and he has done nothing for you except choose players based on signability, and raise parking that was paid for by the taxpayers, and raise ticket prices. Talk about sheeple .. geez...

As antoine dodson would say you are so dumb .. fo real

signability? are you F-ing kidding me?

When the next 1 pick comes along and we get it , I want us to pick the player that is the most signable. That is the criteria. talk about a winning formula !

pure awesomeness guys thanks for playing !

As billy joel said 'you can never argue with a crazy mind'

    see ya
