I've lived in Austin since '05 and I am more than ready to leave.

I've heard Boulder is nice, so I'm going with that.

Mostly to get a license for medicinal happy time.

It would be San Diego for me, except for the Earthquake issues...so Austin stays at the top.

    SD > SF
-Better Weather 65-85 year round and always sunny, San Fran is always overcast for half the day and can get quite cold in the winter
-Traffic - San Fran/San Jose Traffic sucks
-No Crazy Hippies - Less homeless and nutty hippies
    -Cleaner
    -Better Beaches
    -Lower cost of living

oh yea another one for SD.. less risk of a giant earthquake than SF since supposively the largest fault line that runs thru SD is the Rose Canyon fault which scientist don't believe to be much of a thread and is only capable of a magnitude 5 earth quake. Not like SF which has the San Andreas fault runnig right under it.

Rose Canyon Fault is a right-lateral strike-slip fault running in a north-south direction through San Diego[1]. About 30 km (19 mi) in length it starts in the Mission Valley area and heads, past Mt. Soledad and La Jolla, into the Pacific ocean where it joins other faults, such as the Oceanside Fault[2]. Not much is known about this fault at present, though its slip-rate is thought to be 1.1 mm/yr[1]. The Rose Canyon Fault has recently garnered more attention because it runs through such highly-populated areas, but is not thought to be much of a threat

    Portland.

I tend to move around a lot, but I've never lived in the Pacific NW. The way of life over there seems like my type of style.
