Kareem Jackson will be fine as the second corner. You will all see in due time

I think Jackson will eventually be a good corner. It may take a while though.

Former Pats DE Ty Warren is headed to Houston to visit with the Texans. He's visiting with the Broncos today.

Hopefully he's on board by the end of the day... he already mentioned he would love to land in Houston, and would take the veteran's minimum to do so.

Great news. Broncos play a 4-3 so I don't if he is a good fit there because he has played in a 3-4 his whole career with the Pats and Aggies. I think it will between the Cowboys and Texans who both play 3-4 defenses. Cowboys lost Stephen Bowen but re-signed Marcus Spears. Texans need depth behind Antonio Smith and JJ Watt.

Actually I just read Cowboys signed Keynon Coleman to a 2-year contract so I doubt they would be interested in Ty Warren because they have Coleman, Spears, and Igor Olshansky at end. They are also interested in re-signing Jason Hatcher.

They worked out Daniel Sepulveda and David Zastudil yesterday. Sepulveda has since re-signed with the Steelers.

Only one I think still on the market is Brad Maynard, and then a bunch of rookies. Nothing wrong with rookies, just hard to project.

It's official: Seahawks and LB Lofa Tatupu decided to mutually part ways. He will be released and will be looking for work elsewhere.

I don't remember much about this guy, but would he give us some LB depth?

Former Browns FB Lawrence Vickers says his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, is talking to the Texans. They need to replace Vonta Leach.

Vickers, who grew up in nearby Beaumont, resides in Houston. He said he'd love to play for the Texans. He spent first 5 seasons with Browns.

Vickers is 6-0, 255. He's 28. He's a lead blocker in the Vonta Leach mold. Texans need a veteran. TE James Casey gets first shot at the job.

Very nice, hopefully it translates to a cheap contract =)

Looks like Vickers might be the next signing. Could just be response to what the "General" said though.

#Texans and #Browns free agent FB Lawrence Vickers are in contract talks as we speak.
