I'm not sure why I can't sleep. It's either the monster energy drink I had at 8:00 or the Texans pick ups.

WooHoo! What a great day! Hopefully this is not the peak of the season. The texans really wanted to give wade some help and not let him look like a complete jackass as he did in his final Dallas days. It'd be icing on the cake we can resign leach either way I'm pumped for this season!
(I'd still like one more veteran corner, please) LanceZierlein Lance Zierlein Shhhh. Be quiet. RT @TyMo214: @LanceZierlein And we also have Kareem Jackson.
Man, I'm so excited for next season now. The team not only adds Joseph and Manning, but we get Barwin and Ryans (and hopefully Cushing back to rookie form minus the juice) back too. Add that to the rookie additions and this defense should finally be able to complement the offense.
i'm more than content with joseph and manning. That being said, does the fact that nnamdi hasn't signed with the jets yet make you think that we really were "in the lead" for him?
At least it's the non-kicking leg. He needs to not wear cleats with his non-kicking leg. What happened to Brett Hartman? Doesn't he make the team strictly on name coolness level? He's not only a good punter...he's the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be
What does "in the lead" even mean? Lance Z and Charlie P both picked this apart yesterday. Charlie said, "do you think Aso woke up thinking Jets...then ate a steak and said, 'now, the Texans are in the lead.'" If it's just who is offering the most money, that's one thing. But in terms of preference, I can't see the "lead" changing all that much.
If we were "in the lead" he would have just signed with us and been done with it. He's trying to use other teams to up his offer from the jets. To hell with him. Let's stop talking about him. This is a Texans thread. I'm happy with Joseph and Manning.
AlbertBreer Albert Breer People around Nnamdi consistently said throughout: "I'd be shocked if he went to Houston." This was always about more than money.
