If hes traded, I think its Philly(wouldnt shock anyone). How do I put this: With the Phillies, seems you're getting better prospects but a less number(if that makes sense). With a team like the Braves, you're getting "lesser" prospects but more(if that too makes sense). That probably isnt entirely accurate(or maybe not accurate at all) since we dont know what the Braves(and others are offering).
I hope that we trade to the braves. I like their prospects better than the phillies. Though I am warming to the idea of singleton. The oswalt trade killed us. Happ sucks and the walrus hadn't really lit it up either.

I'd prefer a deal centered around brown, but if it's centered around cosart and singleton i'd be happy also. Either scenario would be a very good return.
Wade is doing a marvelous job. Every GM should take notes of this situation. The fact that he's able to do this with a player the caliber of Pence is amazing.
As a Braves fan, I really want Pence, but I think we're probably going to have to overpay to get him. I haven't read all of the thread, but do you guys like Beachy or Minor better?

Would Drayton or Crane really would veto a Pence trade even if we will be acquiring prospects like this? That line seemed ominous, but hopefully it is ESPN just trying to rile something up.
It'd be a great deal if May works out. I am becoming sold on Singleton. He is going to be a monster and a perfect 1st baseman.
