Super pumped ab joseph if true. Just as happy as nnamdi honestly, given the age diff. Have always thought Joseph was underrated in comparison this offseason (tho obv not quite as good overall)
good call. Seems like the texans offered a huge deal and as the Aso camp heistated they saw the game and went else where. No way JJ is going to make $7 though. I'd imagine it's more like $10 (on average). May have slightly overpaid but that would still give the texans flexibility to sign others with the remaining $3-4 they were offering Aso (presumably)
I know you're not a Joseph fan, but be honest, did you expect the Texans to get one of the top 2 CBs on the market? It's ok to relax for a moment and enjoy it. And if Manning/Goldson signs on, you can fap to your hearts content.

There are no rules when it comes to the NFL cap. You can re-arange salaries infinitely and sign EVERYBODY!!!
I bet they actually could make the room if Andre and Schaub are willing to restructure, but it might not make sense considering what you might have to do to your roster.
Just looking at the Jets forumn it would be fitting if they missed on Aso and Cromartie. Edwards is supposively pissed as well. I think it was smart that the Texans bailed. We got the second best corner as he was scared he would get less money if Nnamdi took less to be on the Jets. Great move.
