Once the Texans put the huge 14 mill per year contract on the table for Nnamdi and he still didn't sign it was obvious we were about to get Beltran'ed. Nice move by the Texans picking up on it before it was too late and landing Joseph. Hey Nnamdi, I hope you like making 11 million per year from the Jets instead of 14.

You're forgetting about the huge difference in income tax too, Houston's offer was much more lucrative on the money side.
