I think at rare times he can be funny and rare as in once a few months but he is almost an automatic switch of the station.

Reminds me a whole lot of the 'fan talk' about Dunta Robinson here in Houston after year before last. Fans have a funny way of letting personal feelings cloud judgement of playing ability.

You are welcome to trust the opinions of those whom you've found to be reliable, and I will do the same. I have not broken down the Cowboy's coach's tape for last year. I'm going to guess you haven't either.

Amazing how many fans on twitter want Okoye on their team. The grass ain't greener people.

True... but he is only 24, and never has played in an established system or with elite d-line players. Hell, even Jason Babin eventually became a pro-bowler, so I'm not going to say Okoye is done, but he does need to go from this team now.

This is probably grasping at straws, but I'm desperate and my work productivity isn't great today, to say the least. I did a search for "Nnamdi Texans" on Twitter. It was mostly garbage, but this seemed interesting... this appears to be the account of a former University of California lacrosse player who seems to know Nnamdi from there. A couple tweets in the last 15 minutes:

    http://twitter.com/#!/Sunserae

May be nothing, but she seems to have some connections. Was posting a few days ago as a Niners fan hoping to sign Nnamdi, so it's not like she's biased toward Houston...

I Hear ESPN is trying to get Nnamdi to perform "The Decision: Remix" on their station tomorrow night.

In other news, I'm really bummed that there's no Hard Knocks this year. This would have been a helluva time to see what goes on when the players/coaches finally got together again after a long offeseason.

I think HBO should still do something similiar... just maybe not with only one team.

Joke? or Serious? Because if you are serious, the Texans should want zero part of him.

I agree with the point, though. Amobi still has athleticism and he's never been coached well. I expect him to do well somewhere. He needs to get out of Houston, because he's worn out his welcome, and he's a poor fit for the 3-4, but I expect him to do well.

But if he sucked at the 4-3, and is a bad fit for 3-4, where can he be good?

He sucked for the Texans' defensive coaching staff in the 4-3. He needed development and a decent system. The Texans have provided neither of those things.
