I'd be happy with either scenario. I'm not going to be angry if we miss on Aso. Cap-crippling contracts, even for great guys, leave me uneasy. Getting two very good guys at the same number would go further, IMO. I'd be extremely happy to land Manning, seeing as he's the best FS out there. He's referring to anyone jaded from 10 offseasons of Casey at the Bat.
Yep, been saying this. This is how teams like the Redskins ALWAYS have free agent money. They just keep shifting under the cap. Chris Myers by the way is another guy I'd look to restructure. I think his cap hit this year is like $4mil.
Impossible to say in the current market really. Depends entirely on whether any of the teams with a ton of money want him. I think sharper is a fa as well. I'd take him on a low contract.

It's an uphill battle to make the playoffs this year. Still want Nnamdi so that if we don't make the playoffs the next head coach has a great nucleus on both sides of the ball to build on!
I know Revis is sensitive... but are you sure about this? I thought that was more conjecture... but the reality is that at this stage of their careers, Nnamdi deserves to get paid more than Revis... and Revis will get paid more than Nnamdi makes now when he is Nnamdi's age.
