Not to mention the hitting slump. Sub-.500 OPS over the last 2 weeks.

Another huge fielding gaffe with the BOTTOM of the order up.

Again, inning turns out much differently (just as yesterday's would have) if Pence doesn't mis-play that ball.

Hey, if Curt Flood could slip in the outfield, so can Hunter Pence!

Anybody see that special on HBO? It's a pretty nice documentary. Not great but maybe worth watching if you have time to kill.

He still misplayed it... the slip only prevented him from barely recovering.

He would have had a clear shot at preventing Molina from scoring on the sac fly had he charged the ball more appropriately.

To be fair, a U2 concert made it necessary for the Busch stadium turf to be replaced. Obviously that was a factor.

    Hmm... NFL lockout is over.

Altuve not batting till next inning.

Clearly you see what interests me now.

To be fair, he got a bad read on the ball (common for him) which caused him to slip in the first place.

By the way, on that famous Flood slip, he also misread the ball... and he was a stellar defensive CF in his prime.

So...it's better for Happ to figure out "things" at the big league level but it's better for Wallace to figure out "things" on the bench???
