    Hamburger was made by a German immigrant at a fair, I think. But you're right it's not german. If they wanted something deutsch, why not rouladen or schnitzel or bratwurst?

    What a completely horrible list. Texas BBQ is known for brisket, not pulled pork.

    Ice cream - United States? The best ice cream I've had has never been in the US. Ever.
