Hamburger was made by a German immigrant at a fair, I think. But you're right it's not german. If they wanted something deutsch, why not rouladen or schnitzel or bratwurst?
no lamb kebabs from China? can't say many will agree with this list, since it's opinion based and... ketchup, lol
Lamb kebabs have a Muslim/central Asian origin, which might be covered under #18. Peking duck is ranked too low

What a completely horrible list. Texas BBQ is known for brisket, not pulled pork. Popcorn? Chips? Ketchup????????? Ice cream - United States? The best ice cream I've had has never been in the US. Ever.
At least they didn't put Haggis on the list. Haggis makes me: <iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/GQge_Yn-SLM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Terrible. Condiments are considered on the same level as meals, no cajun and lack of research to boot? Fail list is fail.
Where's Kalbi? (Korean BBQ ribs) Baby back ribs? Ribeye steak? chicken wings? king crab legs? Philly cheese steak? Clam chowder? FRENCH FRIES??? Poutine doesn't count
Well, that's certainly some valuable input there. Thanks! On point: what a silly, silly list. They've got about 10 items from England/Germany/Canada/Ireland and ONE from France...the croissant.
Things missing from the list: Biryani Kabsah Shawarma Gyros Samosa Fried Chicken Hummus Kadhai Chicen/Lamb
