    Inning would have been totally different had Pence not misplayed that ball.

    Hell, Carpenter got the most dangerous hitter of the bunch with a strikeout looking.

    Even with the M's 15 game losing streak...Stros still up 10 GAMES on the #1 pick. Cubs and O's are 8.5 back so it would take an epic collapse to lose this bad boy.

    Losing clubs find exciting and unusual ways to lose games and the Stros are no different. Even their best player got infected today but took it like a man during the post game interview session which is what makes him so valuable to us and other teams.

    I would agree but ONLY if he is worthy of being picked there. I know that's about where the projections have him right now, but I don't want the Astros to take him simply because he's from the region.

    Watched the highlights on ESPN this morning. To strikeout with the bases loaded and one out and then lose a ball in the sun that winds up as the walk-off run really sucks for Pence.
