    Morey looks towards the future.

    Can you blame him?

Rick was the biggest part of the team. This team without him would be a 30-win at best. No way in hell I can't blame Morey for this decision. Especially when Les gave him the goal: to rebuild without tanking

Wow I didn't expect him to have a lick of interest in signing with the Timberwolves, but he's not sold yet, an interview with David Kahn can ruin just about anything.

Maybe this is part of the Moteijunas trade. McHale in Houston and Adelman in Minnesota would be a bit strange.

The T-Wolves would be an odd career choice for Rick.

I know Adelman would do wonders for Love and Beasley that's for damn sure. Those 2 guys need a great coach who can hone their offensive skills, and there is no one better than Adelman

However, at this point in his career, I doubt Adelman would want to develop young talent. I wish he can get a gig on a contender.

Not a lot of coaching openings in the league. If he wants to work at all, he probably needs to at least consider it. He might even get them to turn in a semi-respectable record.

Would Kahn be willing to pay what Adelman costs?

Well, if he is interviewing for the job obviously he doesn't mind developing young talent...

    Great work Rockets.

Adelman doesn't need to interview for the Minnesota job, the job is his if he wants it. Sounds more like Kahn and the Wolves are getting a chance to interview with Rick.

Adelman can't be this desperate, he can wait it out and get better coaching gigs in the future. He should join the former Rockets fraternity and become a TV analyst while biding his time.

I wouldn't have thought Adelman would work for Bozo the Clown. That won't be a warm relationship if it happens.

Rebuilding and developing young talent was never the issue, it was just some lie they made up to cover for Les' personal vendetta. Shortly after they say we're staying competitive and trying to make the playoffs lol.

I wanted Adelman to be able to get his ring, but it might be interesting to see what he could do with the T-Wolves. They definitely have talent, they're just young and need to put it together. Of course if they get significantly better, the Adelman haters will say it had nothing to do with Adelman, it was all Rubio lol.

Leaving one organization with a powerful GM to another another oganization with a powerful president is something I thought Adelman would not entertain.
