I remember seeing the trailer in theaters. Didn't know they were planning a sequel. This one is a must see for me.
I saw the preview last night when I went to see HP7 and I immediately wanted to start reading the books again.
I thought for sure they were setting up Brad Pitt to be Moriarty. Maybe the guy in the trailer is a dupe. <iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/QU0SEeQJy0c" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="390" width="640"></iframe>
Thanks. I don't know why I have so much trouble embedding. I use the embed code and when I preview there is nothing there at all.
Has anyone seen this? I thought it was better than the first one. I love the way Holmes and Watson go back and forth. Villain was done well too.
Damn this came out already??? This movie, TinTin, MI4, and Young Adult I must see before the end of the year....
Is Young Adult suppose to be good? On Tuesday when I went to Edwards for the sneak peak of TDKR trailer, there was a guy promoting the movie handing out free tickets to it for that night. Had never heard of it but he said it was a good movie but then again he could be biased.
I liked it a lot...I liked the Dark Knight Rises trailer before it even more..which is not a knock on the movie at all. I would say the amount of "sleuthing" in the movie is equivalent to a Michael Bay action movie. So much going on, it's gonna take a few times to truly wrap my head around everything. It felt though, at least on first viewing, that some of the magic of the first film was gone. Spoiler If this was the movie where Holmes met his match I would have liked to see Moriarty survive and escape in the end, perhaps there being some even more grandiose plan that Holmes was not aware. But maybe he survived the fall just like Holmes; maybe he anticipated that all the same
So... (spoilers?) Spoiler I don't understand. Why wouldn't Holmes and Moriarty just kill each other on the spot? Holmes was just willing to let Moriarty kill people to maintain his own pride and win a game?
