Bachmann has released a note from her doctor which includes the medications she takes to control her migraines. She takes sumatriptan and odansetron, and only takes them when a migraine occurs. Linkage
I think this is a big step in the right direction for her, but... Her doctors said there were triggers for her headaches of which she was aware. I think most would assume this means stress and that will not play well for someone gunning for the most stressful job in the world. If stress is not the trigger, she should say what is so that voters could be assured triggers could be avoided while in office. I also don't know what those drugs are and don't have time to research them yet, so I'm not sure if they are psychoactive in nature. If not, that will help her. If so, unfair as it is (and it is very), that will hurt her.
I loathe Bachman's politics as much as the next person, but really...who gives a rats ass? If a war broke out or we were attacked or some other truly urgent concern arose (which it does regularly in the presidency) I don't think it would make much of a difference that Kareem wasn't available.
