    Anyone who parks in a handicapped parking space, who doesn't have a permit to do so, is an a-hole.

    He's doing it at the same grocery store. I hope they keep ticketing him, and hopefully be able to tow his car when he gets enough outstanding parking tickets. Eventually, he'll be a broke, injured ex-NBA player and karma will get him.

    And seriously? There's like 10 parking spots right on the other side of the parking lane - I bet if he parked in one of them he'd have to walk MAYBE an extra ten feet?

    Meanwhile, what if somebody who really is handicapped with a terrible bowel disease needed to park there and 10 feet meant the difference between making it to the toilet or ****ting their pants?

    1st. what do you mean he is in the car? he obviously entered the store to buy groceries.

    2nd the parking lot not packed is another reason, why he shouldnt park there, he could pick other parking space, the handicap people who cant walk and move long distances, need those spaces

    and 3rd, is the law that you cant park there, its like saying: he is driving drunk and over the limit, but there is nobody on the streets, so who cares if he is driving that fast. :rolleyes:
