Sold in the Houston area and preferably in a bottle. I already know about IBC and A&W, and I'm looking for alternatives. Thanks
If they have it there - Sprecher. The brewery is in Milwaukee. They brew beer and sodas. http://www.sprecherbrewery.com/soda.php
I have always preferred anything made by Sioux City - they make Birch Beer, Root Beer, Sasparilla and Cream Soda and Orange Cream. I've tried them all and they all were pretty damn good. They also use cane sugar instead of HFCS in their recipe. I buy them at BevMo out here not sure if those are in texas if so check them out
Just go to Whole Foods and/or Central Market and try a few. It's not like we're talking about a car here. You can buy a couple of varieties and decide for yourself what is the best. Those two places always have unique/micro type soda options.
What's your point? In all seriousness, I don't drink it but my parents have sworn by Dr. Brown's for as long as I can remember. Anytime we were in a store that sold it, my dad bought it.
