Or, rather, lack of it. I can't grow a full one. I have a bit on the sides of my lip but absolutely nothing on the middle so it's like reverse Hitler. It looks really silly so I always keep myself clean shaven. However, I would like to try a gruffier look and have a full beard and stache. I had a shaving accident when I was 4 or so when I took my dad's razor and cut my upper lip. Do you think it has something to do with it?
Some people just don't grow consistent face hair. Maybe you can make the reverse-Hitler look work for you. Make it a political statement - tell people that you are anti-Fascist.
I can only grow the reverse hilter also. However, I have a full goatee around my package which makes up from my lack of mustache.
I had one of those use-dad's-razor accidents like you did, but I have no problem growing a stache. It's just genetics, maybe you weren't meant for one. I think there's something you can take that'll help you grow facial hair though. My friend said her bf uses something that lets him grow a beard.
I think this is more of a myth than reality, but try shaving opposite to the direction your beard/stache grows over and over again. People in the gulf arab countries do this because it's considered not manly to shave your moustache. Unfortunately, some of the women have jumped on the bandwagon too by the looks of it.
Glad to find I'm not the only one. I also have a goatee but a full beard and stache is still superior. I sure would like to be able to read what's in those pictures.
How old are you? Some people develop facial hair slower than others. I couldn't grow a decent goatee until in my mid 20's. Even then it took a while.
I had to spend a lot of time just to make sense of this and then realized how stupid was the choice of colors in this image.
