Logo tweak

LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it should be a big logo like golden state's jersey

 

I love this concept but I would suggest two changes: 1. Make the ball part more of a bronze than dull brown-yellow. 2. use the font used for Rockets for Houston as well.

 

well some people think the future of the rockets is Twill aka the squid, so that logo would make sense, haha. :grin:

 

Repped. I agree with the poster who said make the fonts the same. I would be happy with this over our current logo any day though.

New color scheme all together: flamboyant orange / silver

Why orange?
- I believe the Rockets would be the only team with orange as its primary color since Charlotte Bobcats switched their primary jersey colors to navy blue (and Phoenix Suns primary is purple)
- it symbolizes the Texas sun, warm weather, etc.
- NASA astronaut space suit is orange
- retro Astros color
- former San Diego Rockets logo color
- current Dynamo color
- because we can't seem to agree on mustard (how much? too much? too little? just right? none at all?)
- because red is for commies
- a fresh start to a post-lockout era

Thought it would be cool to commemorate the space shuttle, hence the patch. The back of the jersey would feature the flag of the player's home country above their name!

Definitely not a big fan of the mustard and yellow, but I can definitely dig this, but I agree with others that the yellow behind the R doesn't look quite right. So I took the liberty...think it would look awesome like this...

 

While everyone here is trying to remake a logo, why not just give up and go with these again?

out of curiousity was anybody tired of these jerseys by then.. or excited about the red nosed dildo in 97?

 

With the new CBA we are gonna see sponsor logos on the uniforms ala Europe. The league has to find new sources of revenue and this is easy to implement.

Might as well start incorporating the Toyota logo into your designs.

Please just say no to the black alternates. Black isn't and never has been part of our color scheme.
