    I scored 100%. Didn't like the question about taxes being equal to spending. I didn't really think that any of the answers were correct. There are instances where the average taxes paid per person and the average spending per person can be different with the constraint that total taxes equal total spending. I thought that answer was the least incorrect, though.

    It the difference between "debt" and "deficit". If the answer was "government deficit is zero" that that would be correct. But you can be deficit neutral and still have past debt. It's just like when we ran a surplus under Clinton. Our debt didn't just go away, it was still there. We just didn't add to it that year.

    Actually it cannot. Total tax and total spending being equal requires average tax and average spending to be equal. This is not even a governance question, it is simple math. Both sides of the equality are simply being divided by the number of citizens.

    How did you put discrimination? We had slavery for another hundred years after the bill of rights and women weren't allowed to vote until 20th century.
