Neither are the rockets. Maybe rick loves to coach and they do have talent. Look at sacramento when rick first got there. I'm not saying he will take it, but rick can get them mid 30s in wins right now.

Nelson be a good fit, with Rubio Williams Love Johnson and Beasley they can just run and hope they score more than the other team.

    Lol.

Also, where this display of readiness in the D-league clearly indicate Patterson was ready to contribute all along.

Damn that Adelman for not throwing Pat into the fire before he was ready. Experts from Roswell would have known better.

Why does our best player in 2009-2010 season have to earn his minutes like PatPat, a rookie without a single minute in the NBA and has no idea how to play in Adelman's system until training camp started.

Cause he was injured and was clearly not his usual self? Instead of continually playing him 20 mins a night even when he was costing the team wins, maybe Adelman should have limited his minutes a bit when it was clear he wasn't ready?

Of course! The only option for a lottery pick is to either sit his ass for 25 games or let him start and play him 45 minutes a night. What? Play him 10-15 mins to get him accustomed to the NBA game is unheard of? Sorry we only do things like that in roswell

And LOL at the other poster who are saying that PP was benched for "only" 25 games. Maybe if we had Hakeem Olajuwon and Kevin Garnett as our starting lineup instead of Brad Miller and Luis Scola.

Whoever heard of a coach benching a rookie for 25 games? Even Larry Brown didn't do that with Darko Milicic.
