The first thing you'll need is a good workout outfit.

It was a bad Idea posting this here. Better signup for one of those bodybuilding forums if you want real help.

Don't worry about it. You won't get that muscular. It's extremely hard for women to get insanely muscled up unless they are devoting every waking hour of their lives to cutting fat and ingesting 200-300 grams of protein a day....and taking whatever other "supplements" are necessary to get big.

I've never heard of a figure competition. I've heard of body building competitions, and hot body contests. Does a figure competition include any flexing or dancing? Seriously, I'm not sure what a figure competition is.

My advice (unless you already think you have the muscle definition you need) Crossfit and Low Carb. I've been doing Crossfit for 7 months, have had great results, but nothing compares to how hot women get doing Crossfit.

$130/month for 3 classes/week. I was doing unlimited and going 5x/week for $150/month, and I might go back to that soon.

I wouldnt do crossfit if you're trying to compete...Crossfit works for certain things, but trying to "perfect" every inch of your body is not really one of them. The people who crossfit and achieve that usually do other stuff to supplement the crossfit and have more control and flexibility when it comes to manipulating their workouts.

If you don't want to post pics at all, then find a female with a similar body and post that. It'll make it easier to see where you're starting off because right i have no idea. How far or close you are to your goal will decide what you need to do to achieve it.

Personally i think jumping into the supplements right away is a bad idea. You don't know what is working and how because there's so many variables in the equation...but it sounds like you have some experience with them? I'd focus on lifting/working out and basic nutrition first so you can max out "naturally" and then pick supplements that'll help you in the areas you're lacking, so that you're not wasting your time and money with any of them.

A general recommendation would be to lift on the heavier side, eat clean, and do high intensity interval training for cardio . Also look up the body's articulations/joints and make sure you train every single one, except for the more insignificant like the thumbs, toes, etc...

Based on that the most important workout for those competitions involves bags of saline and lots of fake tanner (and most likely testosterone injections, thus the need for implants). Aren't there fitness competetions that are actually about fitness and athletic feats and such? I think I have seen those before. Not dance, but "fitness routines" where the women are in great shape, somewhat muscular, and do cardio things on stage.

Aso for the thread as a whole...so I've decided that you just want a bunch of strangers on the internet to think about you in a bikini.

I've lost 45 pounds and gained a lot of strength. I do agree with RV6 that it won't get you to the level of the women that you've posted. You will need a bodybuilding coach for that, where you're targeting individual body parts, but I'd bet that you can get 90% of the way there doing just Crossfit. It's really an incredible program.

conquistador...that is always my goal every time i start a thread!

Thanks, RV6. I take Jack3d for my workouts and I drink protein powder with glutamine. I also take BCAA. I wouldn't want to try supplements that I will not feel comfortable with. I don't feel comfortable taking fat burners so I don't take them. Yea, I'm just lost on how to gain muscle. I am a bit skinny and need to gain muscle! My lower body def needs work. I am not going to post a picture. I'm 5"6' and 130.

Coolguy, the girls don't look like that all the times, just on the day of competition. it is unhealthy to look like that due to very low body fat. I want to look like the models in Oxygen magazine.

rimbaud, hahaha, you figured out my secret. ;) I know what you are talking about. pretty much all of ladies who compete have fake boobs and they use lot of spray tan (to help to show off their muscles). a fitness competition is like this.
