I'm offended that you're offended in this way. ;-)- I am also guilty of having used your "real name" instead of the difficult to type (for me) rocketsjudoka. Yes, I have used it in the past, but have never, ever used it in the way you have just described. If I have, I'd like you to point it out. Having said that, I'll refrain from doing so in the future. From now on, I will address you as Judo. It's short, and I can remember it. If that bothers you, I just won't address you by a moniker. You know, like when you have a conversation with someone you bumped into somewhere, someone you know, and you can't remember their name, but they remember yours. You dance around using their name until you depart, and go on your way, or you simply bite the bullet, embarrassed, and tell them, "I'm really sorry, but I'm blanking out on your name!" (me disguised as a cat) I'll add that I've noticed a (for me, anyway) disturbing trend, Judo. You aren't the only person here who has changed their moniker from something easy to remember and type, to one difficult to spell and difficult to type, at least for me. RM95 and Andymoon being two other examples. I don't get it. If someone is going to go to the trouble of changing their handle here, why pick the monikers chosen by you and the other two worthies I mentioned? Are there that few monikers remaining here, in the Post-Yao ClutchFans era, left unused? A dearth of imagination? A secret form of intimidation by forces unknown to me? Alien possession? Radioactivity? If these comments offend anyone, my apologies in advance.
The funniest thing in this thread is the whole attitude. [random poster] I'm shocked, shocked, to find out that the man who said he was bringing hope and change couldn't be trusted! [/end random poster] He's a politician. Our current breed of politicians either pander to big business or to big government, unions, and the world government folks. Both left and right appear to be completely in the pocket of the big banks.
Obama never claimed to prosecute people who committed torture. He promised to end it. but the "you hope and change believing fools" post is cool.
