Pritchard is not that good. He took credit for other people's work.

Pritchard and Shaw are solid additions. The George Hill trade was gold as well. I can see him starting very soon. If they can add another big this off season they will make some noise.

Though I dont think Granger and George can both play together. One of them will have to go. Morey better be lined up.

I'm still surprised Psycho T paid off for them and he looks like he'll continue to have a bright career. A lot of people signed off on him as being a bust before he played a single game.

Does anybody else think Hibbert should be a lot better than he is now?

I know he's young and will have time to develop, but I think he has the tools to be a top 3 or 4 center in the league. I look at his 7'2 280 lb frame, his wingspan, and not only that the guy has skills. Offensive touch, defensive talent, shot-blocking. I think the guy should become a 20/10 and 2-3 blks guy easily.

I was reading his draft scouting and they said a knock on him was that some felt he under-produced in college too (they wondered why his minutes were always low, even in back then.)

I think Hibbert should already be at least 17/9 and 2 blks with 30+ minutes a game in year 3. Maybe I'm missing something since I haven't watched him closely all these years (someone tell me if that's the case).

I think the guy should already be starting to dominate this era of weaker NBA centers, and I can't figure out why he hasn't yet. Coaching or bad offensive scheme? Is he too unselfish?

Roy Hibbert is a big question mark. His start to last season really had my hopes up, but the way he fell back to earth afterwards makes me think he doesn't have what it takes to be a very good player over an entire season. IMO, if Hibbert doesn't distinguish himself next season, he never will and the Pacers may find another option at C.

Next year is his 4th and he's had time to gauge himself and adjust to the NBA. The guy doesn't have the motor and instincts to average 10 rebs/game. You can toss that out the window. Improvement in his man defense and post offense is what will take him to the level of being an above-average C.

They should have gotten a new coach. Frank Vogel was a mistake.

The only way they could find out if their promising players like Collison or Hibbert are the real deal or not is to put them in different systems to see what they are capable of.

He had a few amazing games against Boozer in the playoffs. But other than that, he hasn't performed more than the average PF like Warrick or Landry.
