If you guys had a genuinely informal conversation where nobody discussed work and there were some laughs then there might be some social chemistry there. Review the conflict of interest policies at your work and see if you can get removed from the client, you would need to bring on an additional rep to smooth the transition. If you can't even visualize doing this then you're in the wrong line of work or you need to augment your non-work social life. Please also do some forensic self-therapy to see if you're not sublimating your desire for this account with a desire for this woman.
