i dont have a plus nor do I want one I reluctantly started using my facebook 2 years ago but one thing can get real annoying is that it seems that Google is emailing me plus updates from my contacts that have set up their plus account already. this can get annoying real quick and it maybe hard to set up a rule since it comes from a noreply generated address. Havent played with google email rules hopefully it will allow partial names since the names of the contact have (google+) in them
When someone adds you to their "circle" on plus, any post or update they do gets emailed to people in their circle that are not on google plus. If they're on the desktop version, there should be a box they can uncheck to stop emailing you updates. Or just ask to be removed from someone's circle since you don't plan on actually signing up. Yeah it's kind of weird. It seems like the only way to send an invite is to write a message to someone who doesn't have it yet.

Just got an invite from one you guys - thank you, sooner423 ! Unfortunately, when I follow the link, it still says: "Already invited? We've temporarily exceeded our capacity. Please try again soon." I'll keep trying, I guess.
Yeah I sent you an invite. Just keep trying I guess. I also sent one to my brother in law, and it took him a little while before he could get in, but he's in now.
It suggested you, Miguel, and I think Hayesfan to me. Probably all off of Dave. I read somewhere that if you use Google Chrome, you can add the Google Plus extension and get in that way. I don't know if you have to be tagged in a post or not though.
