Sooo.... Does this mean there is not going to be a NBA 2K 12? Or a NBA Live 2012? - I Guess Ill be playing 2K 11 for another year, and work on some more of MJ's Greatest moments.
Euroleague isn't gonna start until mid October, unless you want to watch the qualifying round, which will start some time late September. You could, however also watch the Eurobasket, which will start on August 31. Motiejunas is on Lithuania's preliminary roster, though it's rather unlikely that he will make the team. Sergio Llull, however, will play. As will Lior Eliyahu. Spain is in the same group as Greece, so we'll get to see a Llull vs. V-Span face-off. Eliyahu and Israel will play against Great Britain, which of course is coached by none other than Chris Finch.
Enjoy the summer as best I can without my favorite sport to follow. Try to contain my anger at the stupidity of locking out players who haven't gone on strike. Lay waste to the Zerg.
Yup. This ^ Plus there's a ton of interesting prospects to follow this year (M.Gilchrist, Q.Miller, H. Barnes, A. Rivers, J. Sullinger, P. Jones, A.Davis, etc.), as well as some very loaded teams. That should make for one heck of a tournament, when "march madness" roles around.
what you mean we can't continue to elabroate on the exciting coversations on fourteen number draft picks and euro centers we won't see for two seasons?
What someone needs to do, is organize a badass Summer league at Fonde'. Where men are men ... no blood no foul. The players should put together leagues in the major cities where players live. The league champs could have a playoff. I'd watch. You could even have some retired players and draft picks.
