Speaking as a liberal I wish President Obama would be more of a dick, instead of meekly rolling over to Republican threats of forcing financial Armageddon if we dare to inconvenience corporate interests/the wealthy one smidgen. However it is amusing to see those who BLEATED endlessly for 8 years about how meanie lih-bur-al's "disrespected" Dubya and that if you don't respect the man you should respect the office and sometimes had borderline nervous breakdowns at the perceived mistreatment of their hero, Captain Texas are amused by this and much worse when directed at Obama.

The difference being when it's a republican president, if you called them a dick, you might just have the FBI show up at your door or be arrested. With a Democratic president, it’s just a crass joke.
