not sure what it would take to bring over Epke Udoh, but he might be able to play some center for us. 1.5 blocks in limited minutes is pretty impressive. moneyball???
The CBA ends June 30th and lockout starts July 1st. The trade would have to go through before or we'll have to wait until the end of the lockout to continue trade talks.
So...can teams makes trades as of right now? I haven't heard of any team trading any players after the draft this year. If we can't make a trade until July 1 then this trade talk may be pointless.
Houston will not make a trade not knowing what the new CBA will even look like.. talks about it maybe, but neither team would do anything until they know what the cap will be..

However they do it, getting rid of Thabeet and Hill for Biedrins balances out the team so well. Yao, Beidrins, Hayes Scola, Patrick, DMo Morris, Budinger, Parsons Martin, Lee, Twill Lowry, Dragic, Johnny He do you leave off the 12 man roster. Parsons for sure, Honestly if Hayes comes back I will be surprised but I put him up there because many do believe he will definitely be back. Twill will not be interested in going to the D-league.

There is no trade brewing. The article in OP was also posted here earlier. This was on draft night, and it looks like nothing will be done by the time the lockout gets here.
