For me: Ricky Rubio Klay Thompson Jimmer Fredette And obviously Marcus Morris. Hope these guys show something in the upcoming season.
I'll follow Fredette. I think he'll end up better than Irving when all is said and done. I'll also follow MM vs Kawhi and Derrick Williams. I think MM is almost equal to DW when it comes to talent level. I guess we'll see.
First and foremost, that tall cocky European guy. I'll also be witnessing Rubio's epic failure. Don't care much about Fredette.
Rubio's transition to the NBA is going to be really bad. I seriously think ROY will come down to Klay Thompson, Marcus Morris and maybe Derrick Williams
Thompson, Hamilton, Joseph....they were Horns, so I got to. Irving, Cardiac Kemba, the Jimmer and Derrick Williams. Of course ours, but that goes w/o saying.
Walker is being underrated here, I think. He will be the man on his team already and has a heart of a champion. He will be a top 3 rookie this year. I will be watching a lot of rookies though, so no need to get a list! Although, one of the more interesting rookies for me to watch will be Kanter.
I think Kanter will have the most "Probably going to be a bust!!" labels on him. The position most scrutinized, as you're drafted, is the 5. You're either great, or you ride the bench. As for Walker, I think being drafted by Charlotte was the best thing; he doesn't have to compete very hard for the starting spot. I feel that Walker is already better than Augustin, and Charlotte doesn't really have another PG. The only teams that needed a PG that picked before Charlotte were the Jazz and the Raptors; if the Jazz picked, they probably would have taken Fredette or Knight, and the Raptors didn't need to address the PG position.
PG Kemba Walker, C Bismack Biyombo and of course our own rookies: PF/C Donatas Motiejunas, SF Marcus Morris and SF Chandler Parsons.
