    He won't have any trouble knocking off the weight he put on. Nobody in the league works harder than Yao.

    Get him some bionic knee-high socks and he will be good to go. Or, if bionics are judged to be an unfair advantage, just get him some metal cages around his lower legs, ankles and feet that allow for mobility and protection. It would be so so so great to get one more playoff series (or run?) with him. Hate to see him go out like Ralph Sampson.

    Anyway Yao looks a little soft but he doesn't look turrible. If he can come back and play I bet he can work that off in a month and with it being offseason and a looming lockout no rush.

    Even if he can't come back Yao deserves to take it easy after how hard he has worked for most of his career.

    anybody remember the game where yao had hurt his knee against the lakers and the training staff took him back to the locker room but he refused to go and went back on the court? dude has so much heart
