Correct. He already admitted it. However, now that he is getting near his release for unrelated crimes, he needs cash.

I don't think so, not without specific exceptions. Back in the fifties, the guys who killed Emmett Till sold their story to Look Magazine right after they were acquitted because they were free from double jeopardy.

Even if this were true: In before pgabs and Rocket River explain to us why even if he admitted he did it, it's great that he was acquitted!

Great movie dealing with double jeopardy and it's potential flaws -

Well, yes, but in my mind, it was still a failure of the justice system to some extent, and an example of how much influence media and money have on the outcome of a famous person's trial. Also, I learned a lot about the state of race relations in the United States. Before that, I naively thought everyone was more color-blind.

Could they charge him with aggrevated assault.
Harrassment (surely slicing someone up qualifies...lol)
    Tresspassing?
    Lying under oath?

I seriously doubt he admitted it. But it would be classic if he did to Oprah.

Is practicing wedge shots after murder a crime? I always find myself too tense to hit balls after a good spree.

Maybe California can create a mechanism that fines you for bad deeds, ala Texas' Drivers Surplus Charge system. Double Murder ought to get him at least 3 years of surplus charges.

Justice always prevails, but only when you can afford the right lawyer....

when you side wins . . .. the world is color blind [see the decades of lynchings, disenfranchisment, police beatings, discrimination to minorities etc ]
when your side loses. . . . your poor world view is crushed [1 case against 1 man] . . . and the world is unfair . . . .

The fact that you see "sides" in this is kind of sad.

By all means, describe these "sides" to us.

Conrad Black and Martha Stewart among others may beg to differ.

I don't know how exactly, but I'm sure Sarah Palin killed Ron and Nicole with her violent eliminationist rhetoric.

OJ would tell you that was merely a flesh wound. Besides nicole was crazy, and if she was going to kill OJ, then OJ might as well have killed him first to make sure everyone was real dead. That's why OJ made sure to sever their heads all the way to their spine since he didnt want to take any chances. even with a missing spine there is still that chance they might attack OJ. Besides that goldman guy he was a drug dealer, and killing her and him took a drug dealer, and a knife wielding nutcase off the street.

I wonder what scheck would say know about the bloody socks when OJ admits?
What about that one friend of Nicoles that did coke and OJ was trying to have us all believe that she was responsible.. via a hit.. it was a version of the colombian necktie.. I wonder what she will think. What about f lee bailey and the new evidence? what about OJs search for 'real killers' ?

are we supposed to believe anything OJ says except that he is a cold blooded murderer?

Just look at the Casey Anthony trial --- the crappy defense she has is blowing holes through the prosecution -- everyone with at least half a brain knows that mom is guilty.

The Anthony trial should be referred to as OJ II -- Electric Boogaloo.

I don't know what's worse. The fact that you automatically decided to lump any white person who's upset about a man getting away with murderer onto the same "side" as lynchers and brutal police, or that you so proudly side with a man who is almost certainly guilty of murder just because of his race.
