Sad day. Columbo is such a classic character, and Falk was a talented actor. Probably my favorite Falk role was In-Laws with Alan Arkin.

I always liked him as Sam Diamond in the flick "Murder by Death." Haven't watched it in a long time. May be time to give it a tribute this weekend.

In my family, there are certain films we treasured and that was one of 'em.

Another was It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World, which also had Peter Falk.

I also liked him in the Princess Bride.

    oh absolutely!

Another classic that never got a lot of play was The Cheap Detective.
Also was fun in The Great Race.

Murder by Death tho is my all time favorite movie Falk was in.

    RIP

Kevin Pollack seems like a good guy, but every single thing about that clip is dated. The outfit is actually offensive to look at. Even the set design, I think nowadays it's just the curtain and spot light.

He was also awesome in Made, with Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau.

"Sit down! Sit down and hear!"

"You stole my carpet cleaning van and I don't like you, you **********!"

    LOL
