Canadian accents remind me of all the non-animated TV shows I watched on Nickelodeon as a kid (Are You Afraid of the Dark, You Can't Do That On Television, etc.).
The people saying that Indian people are the least comprehensible obviously haven't heard Pakistani people speak. English is stressed in grade school in India so a lot of people know it. I've been in border cities of Mexico in where I couldn't find one person that knew a word of English.

Least comprehensible - I agree with sammy. I had a Pakistani roommate last year. I could never understand what he said and it frustrated him. Favorite - I like Latin accents like Spanish or Italian. I knew this Cuban girl in high school. She had a beautiful accent. She had trouble speaking English so she would often smile and repeat herself. Least favorite - Probably East-Asian or Pakistani-Indian

I'm indian myself, but I have no accent I was born and raised in America. My parents on the other hand have very heavy accents especially when they get mad. I swear, I can say anything, ANYTHING in an indian accent, and someone will laugh. In my opinion it is by FAR the funniest
funniest -- cajun least favorite -- chinese. sounds like constant arguing. They also eat really loud fwiw. Indians sound like they're arguing too. Annoying. Plus the body odor, but I guess that's not really an accent, I guess.
Funniest- Trinidadian, Vietnamese Least Understandable: street Caribbean Favourite: Scottish, Persian, Russian Least favourite: British, Nigerian
Indian accents translate terribly to english. Its much easier on the ears when they're actually speaking a local language as opposed to english. (Also Pakistanis sound 50 times better speaking english for some reason) Best accent - Most Western European accents Worst accent - Vietnamese (even the language itself sounds pretty painful)
Russian is clearly the funniest. Don't believe me? Find a girl with a thick Russian accent and ask her to say moose and squirrel.
Funniest: Indian, Italian Favorite: Italian, Danish Least Favorite: Arabic, French, Vietnamese, Swedish, German (my own) Least comprehensible: Extremely heavy Ebonics, some Australian, some Scottish, Scouse (Wayne Rooney)
