He's not slow by any means lol. Just not very explosive or exceptionally quick , but still very nimble for size and can jump pretty well too.

I know, Jesus, how can you not draft a go-to scorer with the 38th pick?

He reminds me of Hedo T. Parsons is definitely a glue guy type player. He'll be a great guy coming off the bench for years. However, like D. Mona and M. Morris, where will we find the minutes?!

I like him, very good value at #38. He'll be a solid backup 3.

I just hope we finally get that mega trade to happen. Feels like we've got 19 rotation players as it stands.

Budinger was taken at #44 and half the people here thought it was a wasted pick. I'll reserve my judgement on Parsons till I've actually seen him play.

I didn't recognize the name when I first read the title but I looked him up and remembered who he was from watching Florida play in the tournament. They kept calling this guy the most versatile player in the country IIRC

I think they will force him to go overseas. They have no roster spot for him.

Obviously he's a second round pick, not a lock to make it, but he is a talented player. Definitely not another Novak, far from it. If there's room for Novak in this league, then there's room for Parsons.

Again.... Fans haven't done their research. Parsons is a point forward. He is an excellent passer and creates well for teammates. He does a little bit of everything and is a natural leader in the locker room. He is solid and could be considered an upgrade over Budinger eventually. Don't see him winning minutes over morris though. Bud has his work cut out for him keeping his job and that's a good thing.

You never know. He could replace Budinger since Chase might be packaged at some point.

yeah...if Morris becomes a consistent defender i think he'll send Budinger to the bench. His shooting won't be as valuable, especially since he's not a versatile scorer. Parsons could prove to be a different look at SF and make it easier to trade Budinger.

I kind of think Parsons like tmac without the above average athleticism. That tmac could still be a solid back up. (i dont necessarily mean the current tmac because he favors his knee too much, which makes him worse)

Like I said, we don't have a roster spot for him, with our two first round picks and maybe a free agent or 2. Sending him to the d league will still cost us a roster spot.

Parsons would of been a huge get for a contending team, since he's a glue guy that can make the clutch shot. I think Miami will regret not getting him. He would of been their player they thought they had in Mike Miller.

I agree with some others in that I'll wait and see. It's a good thing that most of y'all are not working for the Rockets though.
