According to Feigen, they did trade the pick, but bought it back. Who knows.

 

This Draft was Hopeless. Absolutely hopeless.

Morey's overall performance since last seasons trade deadline till now -

Essentially we gave up Brooks, Battier and Miller for Flynn, Donatas and Thabeet. Dragic's option wont be picked up as we have Flynn now. I honestly liked Dragic better.

To summarise; we dont have anyone that can make any impact now and there has been no improvements to our roster. We have some additional cap space by getting rid of Miller.

Overall result: D

 

I don't understand why we wouldn't have taken a flyer on Jeremy Tyler...we don't have room for anyone else on the regular roster. Why not go potential....I don't know anymore, man....I guess I just wanted to humor the idea that we would have a legit C to play a few moments by mid-season. I was wrong.

 

Can anyone answer my question? Rox may very well be known as a 1st team with the shortest center and the tallest 3. Why do we do that? Is it a trend in nba?

 

After watching some video of our picks, I don't think Budinger/PP should lose any sleep as far as getting PT goes, but Hill is firmly out of the rotation unless he breaks out at center. Likely to get traded.

 

if you're looking to unload a 2009 draft bust, we're listening.

 

I'm not trying to sound like one of those people who are quick to try and find flaws in a pick I admittedly don't like. But am I the only one that thinks this is maybe just a tad surly/condescending/righteous for a guy who just got drafted to the NBA. To sport off to the teams' beat reporter before you ever even touch down in town.

 

I have to admit, I thought the same thing about the guy. Kind of smart-mouthed. As long as he doesn't start talking about how he can get his shot off on anybody, I won't have any Derrick Chievous flashbacks...

 

And possibly a 7-foot PF hanging out around the 3pt line....I don't know how the hell you coach that.

All you naysayers don't get it just yet...but you will see....

1. The Rox aint done....

Look at the logjams at PF / SF AND PG......SOMEBODY about to get traded.

2. Morris is way better than he's gettin credit for.....you'll see.

3. The Euro fell because they say he's lazy....what if he's just immature?

The Euro at 20 is a steal because he was projected top 10 just a year prior but slipped because he's said to be soft/lazy.....but again....he hears the criticism....it's putting a chip on his shoulder.....upside is HUGE....

He pans out....mismatches all day, ayeday.

The kid from Florida.....he can shoot....6'10......more options....

The team is slowly but surely getting taller.....

Flynn for Selby would be reasonable.

Naaah, I just think you're probably overly sensitive and possibly cry a lot during touchy moments in movies.

 

Then you don't REALLY watch "a ton of college ball," do you? I rarely watch college ball until March Madness, and I knew most of the American 1st-rounders.

I mean, you would think you'd be happy enough or have good enough sense that even if you were annoyed with the line of questioning, your first reaction wouldn't be to take someone to task...but to just answer the damn questions because you are now a pro basketball player.

I actually don't mind this draft as long as Morris is a SF..really like getting motiejunas
