Funniest - Definitely Indian. And I am one, though I don't think mine it too heavy. Least comprehensible - Blacks from Louisiana. I can't understand a word they are saying. Favorite - Definitely Italian and Argentinian. Had a hot neighbor while back who was from Argentina. Talking to her once in a while made me wanna spank something. Least favorite - Boston. Just seems forced. Weird since I also loved listening to Desmond's Irish accent on Lost.

I love Japanese, hate Vietnamese. There is a nice flow to Japanese, but Vietnamese is so unpleasant to listen to. Just about any European accent is good. French and Italian most notably.
Funniest - Probably Scottish. A Scottish accent makes an average joke hilarious for some reason. Least Comprehensible - Trinidadian or Jamaican Favorite - Virginian women. I love that easy drawl. Least Favorite - Boston.
No fan of British either. Was in London for just a day and hailed a cab over. He started blathering something and I just stood there like...umm speak Texan dude.
fav - scottish least - NY or boston. There is nothing worse than a good looking girl open her mouth to only have a thick NY/boston accent. Complete buzz kill. funniest - indian or Cajun. I have a good friend who has a thick cajun accent and i could just listen to him for hours tell stories...the best part is watching him talk to someone who isn't use to hearing the accent because they can't understand him.
I do love young British cockney/chav....watch The Misfits to see what I'm talking about. Kind of like Ali-G. It's amazing.

Scottish accent is awesome, I don't know if Glasgow accent is heavier, but that is amazing. Vietnamese accent is the worst......
