Then again, I couldn't be surprised if Bradley benched Dempsey & Donovan while starting Freddie Adu and Gooch in the middle.

Yup. I guess word is out now that he's out for the rest of the tourney with the hamstring injury. I hope but I doubt Bradley will play Donovan up top. Perhaps he'll go with Dempsey up top with Agudelo. I wouldn't mind Donovan and Dempsey up top with Bedoya and Kljestan getting another opportunity to start in midfield.
I think his form dropped a bit but I won't say he's not good anymore. His form hasn't been great since he returned from the knee injury last year. That gave Bradley an opportunity to start Ream or give him more playing time. Personally I'm a bigger fan of Omar Gonzalez than I am of Tim Ream but we'll see how they pan out. I would figure Bradley will go with Boca and Goodson in the center of defense again.

Altidore out 4-6 weeks. I think we'll see a similar lineup to last time but with Agudelo starting and Donovan in for Bedoya or maybe Kljestan. The way Dempsey plays he has the freedom to move up when he can and act as a second forward.
