Yeah, but my way of thinking, is that if they're unable to indentify the passenger at this time (probably have to look for dental records, etc.), then they probably won't be able to test blood alcohol on anyone in the vehicle...

Regardless of whether or not I have ever drank a couple and drove, I certainly wasnt stupid enough to do 100+ while being buzzed. You guys who love these guys can be pissed all you want, but the simple fact of the matter is that he drove while under the influence at a VERY unsafe speed and could have killed more than just himself and his buddy. While its a real shame that someone died here, b****ing at people that bother to point out the stupidity is stupider than any "stunt" these guys have ever done. That being said, I may be biased as I have lost someone close to me and had another person physically scarred for life from the stupidity of a drunk driver and I also have never watched any jackass show or movie....I didnt even know who this guy was until the news did a more in-depth story about it. and ftr....Ebert is a fat moron who wouldnt know a good movie if it bit him on his ass....but he is right.
Just wanted to say to the people defending Ebert with the high horse argument of "he shouldn't have been drinking yada yada".... yeah no **** Captain Obvious good lord. Everyone gets that. Everyone knows. Ebert was wrong for thinking he could throw a joke out there about Ryan and not get it in return from his family, friends and mourning fans.
Considering he's made his living of tactless humor, what Ebert said was perfectly appropriate. A eulogy befitting of a jackass.

Damn, he was one of my favorites from the show. He had a great self-depreciating sense of humor. One of my favorite bits was when he stuck the Hot Wheel up his ass and went to the X-ray tech saying he passed out at a fraternity party the night before. That was pretty hardcore... Seems like he really let himself go as of late. He was always skinny on the show but some pics I’ve seen show he had put on a bunch of weight. I couldn’t tell if it was him or Zach Galifianakis. Very sad what happened, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t glad he didn’t also take an innocent family of 4 out with him.
