    agree with everything, no apologist but he sounds bitter. its always crazy how issues like this get responses on message boards. if the team isn't doing well, the player must be right, if the team is successful oh he's a bitter player

    To be clear, I don't know one way or the other. I'm just talking about whether there is a perception among players out there that Smith is difficult to deal with.

    After listening to Green's interview then Coleman's, my faith in any significant players signing here dwindled down to 0%. No wonder they always want to "stick with their guys", they don't have another choice

    guys if you think someone is gonna turn down millions because of some gm rep you haven't been paying attention to pro sports in uhh i don't know the last thirty years

    If several teams offer a player the same contract then it's going to come down to factors outside of money such as their willingness to play for such a character

    he's the gm, who cares. you know what matters, no state income tax. low cost of living. there are plenty things to rail on the current regime about (kareem jackson), this is just piling on

    I agree. Nobody is really going to care because they are never going to have to typically deal with him. If it was a coach that they had to see everyday it might be different.

    It's all about money, possibility of winning, and location.
