pretty sure life moves on when it's another dead nobody too. i think that his decision can be ridiculed, but people should remember that this guy was a son, brother (probably), friend and maybe a father to someone. sure, he put his life at risk and others, but he's permanently gone now and there are those out there who are mourning his passing. we don't have to ask why in this situation it appears, but people can still be classy about it.
I agree with your post, but would note, if drunk driving was indeed the culprit, one can certainly still be classy while not having much (or any) sympathy for the drunk driver, and passing along how stupid it is. It's not about noting moral superiority, but about trying to rid the world of "jackasses" that drink and drive. The quicker and more vehemently people react to drunk driving deaths in a negative light, as opposed to sad RIPs and video tributes, one would assume that would impact drunk driving rates in the future - perhaps not meaningfully, but hopefully some. more than 10k people die in drunk driving related deaths annually in America.
Yes they do, and it is a shame when their mistakes cause the death of themselves as well as another person and put others' lives at risk.
He sure did live up to his name, a jackass. I liked him though, he was always funny. Really sad that he had to go and do this to himself
Yes, its another celebrity death and alcohol may or may not be a factor, but you don't have to be a jackass about it.
Nope. You are ridiculously far off with that comment. I just think that if everything being reported is true, then he needlessly put his passenger and others in danger and that is very sad.
