well, at least it sounds like the police tried to slap him with a minimum charge. during freshman year at UT, my friend was so drunk he started smashing car windows in the parking lot in his underwear. he didnt remember any of it and was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning sweating vodka for 3 days.
