    Watching the facial expressions of Dr. Kim in the background made it 10x better.

    no doubt dr. kim has a great sense of humor, but i have to say that all the humility and self-deprecation that conan mustered up was over shadowed by his harvard arrogance. he is brilliant and funny though...

    As an outsider I thought all the Ivy league cracks were hilarious. There really is a hierarchy of sorts in the Ivy league and Harvard is firmly on top. Brown really is the lesbian cousin.

    I'm not sure I would have appreciated the wise-cracks as much if I really were a Dartmouth student sitting there about to graduate but if the president of the university can laugh it off then anyone can.

    The message portion of his speech was definitely disjointed but his jokes made it an outstanding graduation speech. My graduation speaker was Vincente Fox, former president of Mexico, and all he did was lecture us on how we owe it to the world to do great things since we were allowed the privilege of attending that school.

    Agreed. I'm only 26, and I can say that my goals/career path now are certainly different from what I thought they would be at 22.

    It's a valid message but the way he stated it sounded off to me. The quote above sounds like positive cynicism. His last Tonight show speech was worded in a slightly more positive manner. Its a minor quip: "you don't get everything you want but...." vs "you're going to fail, use it as an excuse for reinvention".
