can I then trade him to OKC for Durant?
Then make another trade for Bogut?
    Bogut/hayes
    Patterson/scola
    Durant/chase
    Martin/lee
    Lowry/dragic

got to love these make believe threads.

the better question is dirk or lebron. dirk also has few fans on this board. i'd take dirk after this series even though he's the same age as kobe.

Hell no. People whined about the T-Mac drama, but this would be a million times worse. Is it worth putting up with the "Lebron James Reality Show" (as Carlisle put it) for flashes of brilliance that's just going to fade in the clutch?

Would you take a million dollars, knowing that you'd have to spend it???

He means that both have cracked under pressure and quit on their teams.

That "fading in the clutch" got them to the finals, and had a great shot at winning it all, something the rockets didn't do with TMAC.
Morey would jump at the chance to have Lebron and build around him.

There is a 50/50 spilt on peple who thought he quit on the Boston game, but you don't put up a triple double, and quit on your team. But that's my view.
Other then that, there are no examples, he has quit on any other game in his life.

morey would jump at the quickness at a tmac in his prime, or lebron, or anyone that is a legit top 10 player. he's a GM, and he believes in his ability to build a winning team. and that starts with an all-star.

It could be argued that he quit in the 4 quarter of game 6......or at the very least that his desire to win is questionable at best. Sounds like a former Rockets player.

    but whatever

Who wants to trade for someone who'll get you to the finals only to dissappear in the 4th quarter? I don't want a dissappearing act.

No one has said he quit this year, not even the biggest haters. wow...
Lebron got the Heat to the finals, with his play against the Celtics and Chicago, and had a bad finals. TMAC never made it to the finals, let alone a conf final.

Every Team in The NBA, as most teams cannot even get to the finals. He was hitting shots in the 4th quater against the Celtics and the Bulls, but the Mavs played him well.

the only reason the chosen one made it to the finals was because all the talent was in the west that year and he got stomped, he is so over rated...

never knew why people jumped on his dick to begin with, I guarantee if a west team drafted him, he would struggle to get past the first round every year...

I would take a healthy tmac over lebron any day of the week, tmac actually tried attacking when his shot wouldn't fall and didnt choke nearly as much as lebron does

if you wouldn't then you can't be considered a rockets fan because you're not trying to better the team
